What we bring to the table

Every podcast is different. We tailor each engagement to your audience, format, and ambitions — never a cookie-cutter package.

Full-service podcast production

From scripting your pilot episode to delivering a polished season, our engineers and producers manage every phase. We record remotely or on-site, edit for clarity and pacing, add music beds and sound design, and export files ready for every major platform. You focus on the conversation; we handle the craft behind it.

Post-production and editing

Already recording but struggling with inconsistent audio quality? Our editors clean up room noise, balance levels between hosts and guests, remove filler words, and add branded intros, outros, and ad spots. Turnaround is typically 48 hours so you never miss a release date.

Launch strategy and growth

A great podcast still needs listeners. We build launch plans that include trailer campaigns, cross-promotion swaps, SEO-optimized show notes, social audiograms, and email drip sequences. Our strategists have helped shows climb into the top 50 of their Apple Podcasts category within the first month.

Ongoing show management

For creators who want a true hands-off experience, we act as your dedicated production partner on a monthly retainer. Scheduling guests, coordinating recording sessions, managing your RSS feed, updating artwork, and tracking analytics — everything stays on rails while you stay in front of the mic.

Video podcast and live streaming

Audiences increasingly expect a visual component. We set up multi-camera video workflows, design lower thirds and overlays, and stream episodes live to YouTube, LinkedIn, or Twitch. After the broadcast, we repurpose the footage into vertical clips optimised for short-form platforms.

Branded and corporate podcasts

Internal communications, thought leadership, or customer education — corporate podcasts require a distinct editorial approach. We develop content calendars aligned with your brand voice, interview subject-matter experts, and deliver episodes that reinforce trust with stakeholders and clients alike.

How a project unfolds

Transparency at every milestone — no black boxes, no surprises.

Discovery session

We begin with a 45-minute call where we learn about your goals, target audience, preferred format, and release cadence. This conversation shapes the entire production roadmap.

Creative blueprint

Our team drafts a detailed show bible covering episode structure, tone guidelines, music direction, and distribution strategy. You review and refine until it feels unmistakably yours.

Recording and production

Whether you record in our Laval studio or remotely from your home office, our engineers capture broadcast-quality audio. We edit, mix, and master each episode to industry standards.

Launch and iterate

We publish your podcast across Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts, and more. After launch, we monitor analytics weekly and adjust strategy to keep momentum building.

Reliabilitycast team collaborating in a podcast studio lounge

Built by audio people, for audio people

Reliabilitycast started in 2019 when two broadcast journalists and a sound engineer decided that independent creators deserved the same production quality as major networks. Based in Laval, Quebec, we have grown from a two-room studio into a full-service podcast agency serving clients across Canada and beyond.

Our philosophy is simple: reliability is the foundation of every great show. Listeners return when they trust the quality, and hosts thrive when they trust their production team. That principle guides every edit, every mix, and every strategic recommendation we make.

We have worked with solo storytellers, nonprofit organisations, technology startups, and Fortune 500 marketing departments. No matter the scale, we bring the same meticulous attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for the medium.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the things prospective clients ask most often.

How much does a typical podcast production engagement cost?
Pricing depends on episode length, frequency, and the level of service you need. A solo host releasing biweekly 30-minute episodes with standard editing might start around $600 per month, while a fully managed weekly show with guest coordination, video, and marketing support could range from $2,500 to $5,000 per month. We always provide a detailed quote after our discovery call.
Do I need my own recording equipment?
Not necessarily. If you record remotely, we recommend a quality USB microphone and a quiet room — we can suggest specific models within your budget. If you prefer to record in person, our Laval studio is fully equipped with broadcast-grade microphones, headphones, and acoustic treatment.
How long does it take to launch a new podcast?
Most new shows go from concept to published trailer in four to six weeks. That timeline includes the discovery session, creative blueprint, recording and editing of the first three episodes, artwork design, and platform submissions. Rush timelines are possible for an additional fee.
Can you help with a podcast that already exists?
Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us after self-producing for a season or two and wanting to level up. We can take over editing, improve your sound quality, redesign your artwork, and implement a growth strategy — all without interrupting your publishing schedule.
Who owns the finished podcast content?
You do. All audio files, artwork, show notes, and associated assets belong to you. We grant no claim to your intellectual property. If you ever decide to move on, we hand over every file in organised folders so the transition is seamless.
What podcast hosting platform do you use?
We work with whichever host you prefer — Buzzsprout, Libsyn, Transistor, Podbean, or others. If you do not have a preference, we typically recommend Transistor for its clean analytics dashboard and reliable RSS feed management. Hosting fees are separate from our production fees.
